The Los Angeles Dodgers Major League Baseball team is in talks with Eric Gagne, who pitched with them from 1999 to 2006, about signing him to a minor league deal, according to MLB Trade Rumors.

Gagne, 41, has not been with a Major League organization since 2008, but pitched in the World Baseball Classic for team Canada.

Gagne won the Cy Young Award, which is traditionally given to starting pitchers, in 2003, and had 187 career saves.
