A small sea plane has crash landed into the East River in New York City after an incident, according to the New York Fire Department.

An FDNY rescue boat helped remove passengers from the plane. All 10 passengers were accounted for, although it is not clear if any had injuries.

The plane was then towed away.

UPDATE: No injuries have been reported.
