SUMATRA, INDONESIA (ALBOENEWS) — A major 6.5-magnitude earthquake struck west of Sumatra, Indonesia, on Sunday, according to the USGS.

The earthquake struck at a depth of 42 miles. It is not clear whether anyone was hurt.
