ISANGEL, VANUATU (ALBOENEWS) — A magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck on the Pacific island of Vanuatu, prompting tsunami information to be released, according to the USGS.

Multiple statements were released for Hawaii, Guam, and the West Coast of the United States, but no tsunami danger is apparent.
