CLOVIS, CALIFORNIA (ALBOENEWS) — A physical education teacher in Fresno County, California, has been taken into custody on charges that he used a jump rope to discipline his students.
When students in his class gave him trouble, Peter Samhammer was said to “have put the rope around the student’s neck and tighten it up before letting it go,” according to a report in the Daily Mail.
The students, who were in elementary school, were left with red marks on their necks and shoulders.
Samhammer is facing four charges of felony abuse and was placed on administrative leave by the school.Thank you to our sponsors: (Best Amazon Deals, January Gray, Movie Awards Plus, CentralOhioUFOReportingCenter, Bill). To become a sponsor for as little as $3 a month, click here.
