Authorities in Tampa, Florida, believe that three shooting deaths in two weeks in the city may be the work of a serial killer.

The first incident occurred October 9 when Benjamin Mitchell, 22, was found. Monica Hoffa, 32, was found dead in a vacant lot five days later, and then Anthony Naiboa, 20, was murdered just days later on October 19.

Tampa Police Chief Brian Dugan “wasn’t hesitant to use the term serial killer,” according to USA Today.
