The firm for Trump adviser Carl Icahn has been subpoenad by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan, according to reports. “Prosecutors are investigating whether billionaire businessman Carl Icahn pushed for a federal policy change that would have benefited one of his investments while he was serving as an adviser” in the White House. According to Bloomberg, Icahn Enterprises released the following statement: “We are cooperating with the request and are providing information in response to the subpoena.
