DEVELOPING: Man Steals $300,000 Ferrari, then Arrested After Asking for Gas Money

A man in Southern California was arrested after he allegedly stole a Ferrari, but what then busted after asking people for gas money at an intersection after driving erratically. He has pleaded not guilty.

Israel Perez Rangel was arrested after the Ferrari 458 was found at a gas station, where he then ran off and hid behind some bushes at a nearby hotel. The owner was reimbursed by insurance, and then used that money to buy a Lamborghini Huracan. (source) 4:52 p.m. ET November 30, 2017
