Investigators say that a man will likely be charged with animal cruelty after 85 dogs were discovered and rescued in a house fire in South Fulton County, Georgia.

The house was found in deplorable conditions and made it difficult for firefighters to actually enter the building. The inside of the building was filled with feces and urine, as was the outside of the home. One dog was discovered dead and several were pregnant. (source) 4:25 p.m. ET December 4, 2017
