A man in Everett, Washington, has been sentenced to 19 years in prison after he murdered a man who tapped on his window.

Jesse Ackerman, 23, was using heroin when the man, Ryan Osborne, tapped on his car window. Ackerman then shot Osborne, killing him there in the street. He claimed that he shot out of self-defense. (source) 5:59 p.m. ET December 9, 2017
