Russian tankers have been supplying North Korea with fuel on at least three occasions in recent months, according to senior Western European security sources.
The sale of oil or oil products by Russia breach U.N. sanctions, according to the source. These transfers indicate that smuggling from Russia to North Korea have advanced.
