The Washington Post has suspended reporter Joel Achenbach for 90 days due to “inappropriate workplace conduct.”

It is unclear exactly what the violations were, but they have been confirmed to have involved women.

“I’m very sorry to say that I’ve behaved badly and have been suspended by The Post for three months for inappropriate workplace conduct,” Achenbach said in his statement, “I’ve said and done things that were unprofessional, and I apologize to the women affected by this and acknowledge their courage in speaking out.” (source) 4:38 p.m. ET January 10, 2018
