Multiple people have reportedly been injured after a commuter train has crashed into a safety barrier and derailed at the Richmond station in Sydney, Australia.
Officials are calling it a “major incident” and there are reports of several injuries.

UPDATE: Several passengers are being triaged after the incident, and there are reports of passengers being trapped on the train, according to ABC Australia. The train reportedly failed to brake. (6:38 p.m. ET)
