At least 69 children have died following a measles outbreak in the Papua province in Indonesia, although officials there believe the actual toll could be higher.

A medical emergency has been issued, and people in the province say that many areas, especially remote settlements, haven’t been visited by doctors yet, according to Al Jazeera.
