A kidnapping victim was shot and killed during a firefight during an FBI raid at a home in northeast Houston.
A man, his brother, and his 12-year-old son were all kidnapped by the suspects and duct-taped together. The kidnappers began making demands for their release, resulting in police calling the FBI for assistance. After arriving, the FBI moved into the house, with at least one agent firing shots. The man was fatally injured, and pronounced dead at the hospital.
The FBI has remained quiet on the incident, only saying that they have placed the agent on leave, pending an investigation.
