The Arizona House of Representatives has reached the 40 votes necessary to remove Rep. Don Shooter from office.

This is following a report that found that Shooter had engaged in a pattern of sexual harassment. Shooter has claimed that he deserves to be punished, but that expulsion would be too far.

This is the first time in over 25 years that a member has been expelled.
