While searching for drugs at a home in Long Island, New York, police found a massive cockfighting operation.

Inside, there were more than 60 roosters, a pit bull, a pheasant, and a large amount of equipment used to stage the fights. The roosters were clearly trained for the fighting and will likely have to be euthanized. Roosters trained for cockfighting are typically injected with steroids and chemicals, as well as being trained to be especially aggressive.

The man, 40-year-old Reynaldo Bonilla, has been charged with animal cruelty.
