A Toronto firefighter who got lost while skiing in New York says he has no idea how he ended up in California.

Constantinos ‘‘Danny’’ Filippidis was reported missing on February 7th, which prompted a massive search on a mountain in New York. He was later found 6 days later, only in California. Filippidis was still in ski gear, and had no idea how he ended up on the west coast.

The only things that the man remembered was riding in a “big-rig” truck, possibly suffering a head injury, and sleeping a lot. Authorities say they do not believe that the man committed any crimes, and are now trying to help him figure out what happened.
