Police have arrested a man in Butler, Pennsylvania, after he allegedly tried to break into a jail.

He apparently attempted to break into the Butler County Prison, only to be caught hours later and taken to the prison after he went on crime spree. 37-year-old Brian J. Vlassich tried to break into multiple vehicles, including trying to force himself onto a school bus before stealing a car.

He was then later found and held on $100,000 bail. During his attempted jailbreak-in, Vlassich apparently threw road salt and ashtrays at the front door of the jail, causing about $500 in damage.
