A Canadian Olympian was arrested late last night after he and two others stole a vehicle after a night of drinking.

Canadian ski cross athlete David Duncan, his wife Maja, and Ski Cross High Performance Director Willy Raine were all arrested. Raine was allegedly behind the wheel, and had a .16 blood-alcohol content. .005 is the legal limit in South Korea.

The case has reportedly been expedited due to the nature of it.

“We are deeply sorry,” the Duncans┬ásaid in the same COC┬ástatement. “We engaged in behaviour that demonstrated poor judgment and was not up to the standards expected of us as members of the Canadian Olympic team or as Canadians.”
