Police are responding to reports of shots fired at Huffman High School in Birmingham, Alabama.

Police have confirmed that at least 3 people have been shot at the school, two students and an employee. There is no word on a suspect at this time. The shooting is preliminarily being treated as accidental.


One of the students is in life-threatening condition. It is unclear why the gun is on campus.


One student has reportedly died while being taken to the hospital. (source)
