A Beverly Hills, California, plastic surgeon is being accused of using drugs and watching porn while performing surgery according to a past patient who spoke on Wednesday.

Tess Broussard, the alleged former patient, told a local TV station that she suffered botched lip fillers before she tried suing doctor Dr. Randal Haworth for medical malpractice back in 2013.

Broussard is now filing an amended complaint against the doctor that includes a list of new allegations. She cited a 2017 deposition of a surgical consultant who worked for Haworth for some 15 years. The consultant described Haworth’s behavior inside the operating room.

“He apparently regularly plays really bizarre hard-core pornography and other things in surgery,”  according to Broussard’s attorney, Christopher Rudd. The deposition claims that Haworth would play graphic and violent videos on a monitor inside the operating room when performing surgery. Rudd also accuses the doctor of altering and forging patients’ records after performing surgeries that he was not fit to do.

Haworth is also accused of using illicit drugs and “unlawfully using Percocet and writing a prescription for others to obtain Percocet on his behalf,” Rudd said.

Haworth has not commented on the allegation.
