Two Florida men, one that was dressed in a bull costume, are accused of trying to burn down a house with Ragu sauce.

Derrick Irving, 36, and John Silva, 28, allegedly broke into their ex-boyfriend’s house in a burglary. The victim called police, however, when he noticed that his security camera had been covered up with a towel. The men were then stopped in their red SUV outside the home and arrested.

Upon entering the home, police saw that a pot of spaghetti sauce was burning with a white washcloth starting to catch fire near it. They put out the flames quickly and no damage was done.

“He was trying to make it look like I left the stove on but who gets up 2 a.m. and fixes sketti,” the victim said.
