Legendary musical group Fleetwood Mac has reportedly fired their guitarist, Lindsey Buckingham.

Buckingham originally joined the band in 1974 along with lead singer Stevie Nicks. With the band, he wrote several well-known songs, such as “Go Your Own Way,” “Tusk” and “Second Hand News.” Buckingham left the band in 1987, but rejoined in 1996.

He will be replaced by Mike Campbell of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and Neil Finn of Crowded House. It is not clear what caused the firing.
