General Motors is reportedly cutting several hundred jobs at their Ohio plant.

Car sales for the motor giant have continued to slide downward, prompting the cuts. This announcement comes after GM announced in March that they were cutting 5,000 jobs in South Korea, per Reuters. Sales have reportedly dropped 13.2% already this year.

GM appears to be making a shift towards more production of SUVs, pickups, and crossovers, as their sales have climbed 7% in the same timespan.
