A $70 million Picasso painting belonging to Steve Wynn was accidentally damaged right before it was set to be sold at auction.

The painting, “Le Marlin” was damaged during the last stages of preparation for its exhibition and eventual selling. The valuable painting has now been pulled from the auction and will undergo restoration.

This is the second time that Wynn has been involved in damaging a highly valuable Picasso painting, as the casino mogul accidentally poked his elbow through a Picasso back in 2016 before it was due to sell at auction.
