A former student at Central High School in Fresno, California, was arrested after making threats to shoot up the school’s prom.

Edward Hannah reportedly posted a threat on Snapchat, telling students to wear vests to the prom and that he may shoot it up. He has stated that the threat was a joke. Hannah now faces up to three years in prison.
