Two McDonald’s customers in South Florida are suing the company for $5 million over some unwanted cheese.

The two claim that they have been overcharged because they want a quarter pounder without the cheese. The in-person menu does not list the burger without cheese, and the two say they are charged the with cheese price rather than the without cheese price, which should be lower.

The suit is aiming to become class action and McDonald’s has 21 days to respond. If it does, any possible member of the action will be notified.
