The USS Arizona memorial in Pearl Harbor will be closed indefinitely after serious structural damage was found.

Access to the memorial was originally limited back in early May due to repairs for a crack found on the side of the memorial. However, after it was repaired and reopened, engineers saw that the crack had reappeared and indicated a more serious structural issue.

It is not clear how long the new repairs will take, but workers are assessing the situation.
