Brazilian tennis legend Maria Bueno, the former world number 1, has died after a battle with mouth cancer, according to The Sun. Bueno was 78.

She had been hospitalized earlier this week. During her career, she won 19 major titles between singles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles and won Wimbledon four times.
