BREAKING: Brock Turner Loses Appeal

Brock Turner, the former Stanford University swimmer who was convicted of rape, has lost his appeal for a new trial, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Turner, who was sentenced to just six months in jail for sexually assaulting an intoxicated woman outside of an on-campus party, was unanimously found to have received a fair trial by the three-judge panel who reviewed the case.
