Apple Inc. has disclosed the first reported auto accident involving one of their self-driving test vehicles.

The crash occurred in the Bay Area as the self-driving Lexus was rear-ended by a Nissan Leaf while the Lexus tried to merge. Apple’s car was traveling at less than 1 mile per hour, while the car that rear-ended it, a Nissan Leaf, was moving at about 15 miles per hour, according to the report.

No injuries were reported, but both vehicles suffered some minor damage.
