Spencer Garland of Leeds, England, will avoid jail time after making animated child porn on the popular “Skyrim: Elder Scrolls” video game.

Garland made 2,178 images and 40 videos of ‘children’, the youngest of whom appeared to be aged around six. He reportedly would modify the game to remove children’s clothes and then make them do sexual activities. This is after he was subjected to a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) for having child porn that involved real victims.

While he was convicted of 20 counts of making indecent images, Garland reportedly suffers from a serious spinal injury, and the judge decided to lessen the sentence to only a 90-day program designed to address the crime. In the sentencing, the judge cited the fact that no actual child was harmed in the creation of the animated images as a factor.
