Twenty people were killed Saturday after a limousine and another vehicle crashed at an intersection in New York. Police received 911 calls of a two-vehicle collision just before 2 p.m. Saturday in Schoharie. The limousine was reportedly carrying a wedding party. Bridey Finnegan, who lived near the crash site, told WTEN she heard a loud bang followed by screaming.

Local officials reported that the limo sped down a hill and crashed into bystanders at a nearby country store. It’s unclear whether any or all the victims were riding in the limo. Eighteen of the victims in the crash were in the┬álimo, 2 were bystanders.

The cause of the crash is under investigation. More information is expected to be released about the crash Sunday.
