The death of U.S. diplomat Kevin Webb, who was a human resources officer assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Madagascar, is believed to be a homicide, according to Fox News. Webb was found dead in his apartment on September 22, and not much information has been revealed until now.

An arrest has been made in the case, as the FBI and State Department have arrested Davidasoa Randrianotahiana, a “foreign national” who was seen entering Webb’s home the night of his death.

He was reportedly seen lowering himself down from a second-floor patio. The suspect then reportedly admitted to a guard that he had a fight with Webb in the apartment. He claims Webb collapsed. The suspect was then taken into custody.
