The death of Cranberries singer Dolores O’Riordan has officially been ruled an accident, according to the death certificate that has been certified.

The cause of death is listed as drowning and alcohol intoxication, and the investigation determined it was an accident, according to TMZ.

O’Riordan was found dead in a bathtub in London in January. Her blood alcohol level was four times the legal driving limit.
