The Davenport School District in Iowa is investigating after a teacher reportedly wore blackface to a Halloween party.

The incident was brought to their attention after images of the costume were seen online. Megan Luloff, a first-grade teacher at Walcott Elementary, wore makeup to appear as a character from the 2004 movie “Napoleon Dynamite.”

The NAACP is calling for her firing, while the district has stated that the action was unacceptable and are reviewing the incident.
