The search for a San Francisco 49ers’ fan who mysteriously went missing during a football game at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, may be over after fishermen discovered a body in the water near the stadium, police said.

Police have been searching for Ian Powers, 32, a U.S. Army veteran since Nov. 12 when he got separated from his girlfriend and her two children during a Monday Night Football game, police said.

On Saturday afternoon, fishermen discovered the body of a fully-clothed man face down in the water about a mile offshore from a marina near Levi’s Stadium. Powers’ girlfriend, Chelsea Robbins, said she and her two children attended the game with Powers and that they got separated in the fourth quarter. “He went to the bathroom and then got lost, or something happened,” Robbins told TV station KGO on Friday.
